This 70-minute audio CD will stretch and tone you, de-stress you, and promote a healthy mind and body. Sue McRee, who is a Certified Kripalu Yoga Instructor as well as an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, guides you with clear directions and a calm, soothing voice, against a background of relaxing music.  You will start with centering the mind and focusing on your breathing. Simple warm-up stretches then prepare you for the rest of the class which consists of seated and standing yoga stretches and poses. A 10-minute relaxation and meditation at the end will allow you to release and let go of any tension. The CD is divided into 12 tracdks and a photo-illustrated guide is included on the back of the CD cover.
